We accept all major credit cards & Eftpos. Please settle your account the night before if departing before 7.00am.
Air Conditioner Remote:
Located on wall. Press POWER. Select MODE (cool or dry or fan or heat )
Set TEMP for temperature up or down. NB The temperature displayed on the air-conditioning unit itself is the current temperature in the room. Select FAN L (low) M (medium) or H (high)
Barbecue:
Available for guests use. See Reception to obtain cooking utensils. Please clean after use.
Breakfast:
Breakfast will be served to your room between 6.45am and 8.30am. Please complete your Breakfast Order, and leave at Reception before 8.00pm the previous night.
Checkout:
Checkout time is 10.00am.
Cooking:
Only toaster & micro allowed. NO other cooking in rooms. Cleaning charge $100
Crockery & Cutlery:
If you need extra crockery and cutlery just ask at reception.
Dry Cleaning:
A same day service is provided, if presented to Reception before 9.00am.
Evening Meals:
Evening meals are available from the menu in your room. Please contact reception to order, with orders in by 7.00pm.
Fax and Photocopying:
A facsimile facility and photocopy machine is available for the convenience of guests. Our fax number is (02) 6621 8929.
Hair Dryers:
Hair dryers are provided in each room.
Ice:
Ice cubes are available from reception.
Internet:
Access to high-speed wireless Internet is available FREE. Contact reception for password.
Items left in room:
Perishables disposed of immediately.
Clothing sent to charity after 3 months.
Keys:
On departure, please ensure keys are returned to Reception.
Laundry:
The laundry is situated between rooms 12 and 13 and is available free for the convenience of our guests. Washing powder is available from reception. Hours are 8.00 am to 8.00pm. (Dryer off at 8.00pm.)
Pets: Health regulations do not permit pets in rooms. Cleaning charge $100

Reception hours are from 7.00am to 9.30pm. Dial 9 to contact reception.
Smoking:
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking in rooms or doorways cleaning charge $100.
Swimming Pool:
Available for guests. Hours are from 7.30am to 9.00pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Pool towels are available from reception.
Tea & Coffee:
These facilities are available in rooms. Fresh milk can be obtained from reception.
